District of Columbia Concealed Carry Pistol Licenses (CCPLs) are required and are issued to residents and non-residents.
- Maryland

Open and concealed carry are legal in Maryland only for Maryland Wear/Carry Handgun Permit (WCHP) holders.
- Virginia

Virginia Concealed Handgun Permits (CHP) are issued to both residents and non-residents at least 21 years old.
